Order FILM Archives preview screeners and edit-ready footage online, or by phone,
fax or email.
Full-Service, Competitive Rates
FILM Archives Inc. offers complete stock footage services at highly competitive rates. Clients can call, fax or email our offices with a description of required stock shots and intended use. A staff member is assigned to search our library (as well as those of our affiliated companies) for the required material.
PREVIEWS
Preview FILM Archives material via online clips and screening reels, emailed QuickTime clips, searchable text database, or customized screener delivered via the format of your choice, including DVD, QuickTime upload, VHS, 3/4-inch, Beta SP, mini-DV, and DVC-Pro cassette.
Custom Screeners
Search our text or video database by keyword. If you like the results, simply email or fax a copy and we will assemble a custom screener for delivery to your location. If you don't see what you are looking for, you can email, phone or fax a specific request (not everything in our library is on the web). Custom screeners can be shipped same day.
QuickTime Clips
If you're on deadline and find a specific scene mentioned in our text database, please call or email and we will immediately send a short QuickTime review clip.
Online Screeners
You may find that one of our online topic screeners does the job; view our three-minute compilations here. Want to see additional clips? Search our Video Library or call, fax or email for a custom screener.
ORDERING
After reviewing online reels, QuickTime clips or custom screeners, ordering selected scenes is simple and convenient. In most cases, a dvd or screening cassette (1/2-inch VHS or 3/4-inch with SMPTE time code burn-in) is produced and sent within 24 hours. Once desired footage is selected, a broadcast quality video transfer is made and delivered to your office or editing facility. Film dupes are also available as is our staff to assist you at any point during shot selection, editing and construction of your production. Before any footage can be released, clients are asked to review and sign our standard client agreement.
Custom Screeners
Fax us the ordering sheet that accompanies all screeners. We make every effort to send out your selected scenes the same day for next-day delivery in the format of your choice.
QuickTime Clips
Email the code number on the upper left corner of the screen with the time code number; we'll prepare your master tape for same day shipping.
Online Screeners
Email or fax the upper left code number and time code number along with your required usage rights. We will respond immediately with licensing and transfer prices. We will also provide you with a copy of our client agreement which must be signed before any edit master material is released.
PAYMENT
First-time clients must pay upon delivery of final materials.
We Accept Credit Cards
FILM Archives welcomes American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa payments. To pay your research or final selects bill by credit card, call 212-696-2616, fax to 212-696-0021, or email your card number, expiration date, and cardholder billing address. Instructions are also listed on your original invoice. First-time customers must pay C.O.D. by credit card. Once a client has established credit, subsequent orders will be billed by standard invoice.
